Braxton County Schools is proud of our 96.45% four year graduation rate. It really highlights the hard work that goes into preparing students for college or for the workforce.

The Braxton County Board of Education is proud to be a CEP county. CEP allows our district to serve breakfast and lunch at no cost to all enrolled students.
Communities in Schools is the nation’s leading dropout prevention organization, helping kids stay in school and prepare for life. The program focuses on partnerships that bring resources into schools.
All students in Braxton are provided with a laptop to assist with improve student achievement.
Of the 336 classes offered in Braxton County Schools, 88.42% are taught by fully certified teachers.
