The Braxton County Board of Education, Sutton, WV is soliciting a Request for Proposal for Milk and Dairy Products commencing with August 1, 2025, through July 31, 2026 with three possible contract extensions. The existing Milk and Dairy Product contract expires on July 31, 2025. The county reserves the right to modify the project as deems necessary. This RFP and the winning bidder’s response shall become an integral part of the Child Nutrition Program. The scope of service, submission requirements and the basis for the award are contained in the request for proposal (RFP).
As please note that no proposal may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for at least ninety days. No responses will be accepted after the posted closing time. Other requirements are detailed in the RFP.
Proposals will be publicly opened on May 19th at 3:00pm at the Braxton County Board of Education Office, 98 Carter Braxton Drive, Sutton, WV 26601.
