People often skip leg day because they want to focus on making their arms look good or because it hurts to walk the next day. Exercising your legs are super important, especially when your snowed/rained in and can’t get out to walk.
Stretching
Leg Stretches (Touch your toes, feet apart, legs behind)
30 second wall sit

1 minute calf raises (go from standing up to tippy toes and repeat)
30 second break
1 minute calf raises
Wall Sit until failure
