From August 18 to October 7, 2025 our countywide chronic absenteeism (excused and unexcused absences) rate is 14.2%. Our goal this year is for all schools to decrease chronic absenteeism by 3% or more from last school year and we’re off to a strong start!
We’re excited to see our students every single day ... learning, growing, and making memories together. Consistent attendance builds good habits, stronger relationships, and a brighter future.
"Showing up is the first step to success!"

Did you know that students who attend school regularly are more likely to succeed in reading and math, stay on track for graduation, and build strong habits for life? Everyday counts—missing just 2 days a month adds up to 18 days a year!
✅ Daily attendance builds responsibility.
✅ Daily attendance helps students stay connected with teachers and friends.
✅ Daily attendance sets the foundation for future success.
Let’s work together to make sure our students are in school, on time, every day. Their future is too important to miss!
