This message is for families who have a student at Burnsville Elementary School. Due to a facility concern, students have been relocated to the Methodist Church. Parents or adults on file with permission to pick up a student may do so at any time at the Methodist Church. School buses will be taking students home, and any student 3rd grade and unser or who does not have the ability to go home will be returned to the Methodist Church. This message is for families of students who are in WVEIS as riding Bus 31A, Operator Michael Singleton. We are proud to announce that Bus 31A will be replaced with a brand new beautiful Bus 45. Operator Michael Singleton will still be the driver, and the route will remain the same. The only change is the bus number. This change will happen the afternoon of Wednesday, February 22. Again, Bus 45 will be replacing Bus 31A. Thank you and have a great day.
Starting on the afternoon of Wednesday, February 22, students who ride Bus 23, Mary Rose, will now be riding Bus 31A. Mary Rose will continue to be the driver. The bus route and pick up/drop off times will not change, only the bus number changes. Thank you for your time and interest.
This message is for families of students who ride Bus 34, Operator George Dennison. As you might have heard, the department of highways will be repairing the road in the Scotts Fork - Bonnie area on Thursday and Friday. In an attempt for students to arrive at school on time, the bus will pick up 10 minutes earlier than usual. Again, in an attempt for students to arrive at school on time, the bus will pick up 10 minutes earlier on both Thursday and Friday. Operator George Dennison will call students on Bonnie Road to inform them of the pickup location. Thank you for working with us on this endeavor.
